Thank you for shopping with Robooter. Payments made on robooter.us are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Affirm. Available payment options are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your device, location, and card issuer.

Credit and Debit Card Payments

To complete your purchase, enter your card and billing information on the secure checkout page. Your bank or card issuer may require additional verification before approving the transaction.

If your payment is declined, please:

Confirm that your card number, billing address, expiration date, and security code are correct;
Confirm that sufficient funds or credit are available;
Contact your bank or card issuer for further assistance; or
Try another supported credit or debit card.

For security reasons, Robooter does not directly store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed by Shopify Payments.

If Your Card Payment Is Declined

Please:

Confirm that your card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address are correct;
Make sure your card is enabled for online and international purchases;
Confirm that sufficient funds or credit are available;
Contact your bank or card issuer for more information; or
Try another supported credit or debit card.

Robooter is not able to override a payment decision made by your bank or card issuer.

Pay with Shop Pay

Shop Pay provides a faster checkout experience by allowing eligible customers to use saved payment and delivery information.

To pay with Shop Pay:

Select Shop Pay at checkout;
Enter your email address or mobile number;
Complete any verification requested by Shop Pay;
Review your shipping address, billing information, and payment method; and
Confirm your order.

If Shop Pay is not available or you prefer not to use it, you may return to the standard checkout and select another supported payment method.

Pay with Apple Pay

Apple Pay may be available when you visit robooter.us using a compatible Apple device and browser.

To pay with Apple Pay:

Select the Apple Pay button at checkout;
Review or select your saved payment card;
Confirm your shipping and billing information; and
Authorize the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

If Apple Pay does not appear at checkout, your device, browser, region, or saved card may not support the payment method. You may use another available payment option.

Pay with Google Pay

Google Pay may be available on supported devices and browsers.

To pay with Google Pay:

Select Google Pay at checkout;
Choose an eligible payment card saved to your Google account;
Review your shipping and billing information; and
Confirm the payment.

If Google Pay is not displayed at checkout, please use another supported payment method.

Pay with Klarna

Klarna allows eligible customers to choose from available flexible payment options at checkout. The specific payment plans available to you depend on your location, order value, eligibility, and Klarna’s approval requirements.

To pay with Klarna:

Select Klarna at checkout;
Enter the information requested by Klarna;
Review the available payment options, payment schedule, and any applicable terms;
Select your preferred payment option; and
Confirm your order.

All Klarna payment plans are subject to eligibility and approval by Klarna. Available options, payment schedules, interest rates, and other terms are determined by Klarna and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

If Klarna is not displayed at checkout or your application is not approved, please select another supported payment method.

Pay with Affirm

Affirm allows eligible customers to pay for their purchase over time using available installment plans.

To pay with Affirm:

Select Affirm at checkout;
Enter the information requested by Affirm;
Review the payment plans available for your purchase;
Select your preferred payment schedule;
Review all applicable terms, including any interest or payment amounts; and
Confirm your order.

Affirm payment options are subject to eligibility and approval. Available plans, payment amounts, repayment periods, and annual percentage rates may vary depending on your purchase amount and eligibility. The complete terms will be displayed by Affirm before you confirm your purchase.

Checking your available payment options may not affect your credit score. However, your use of Affirm and any approved financing remain subject to Affirm’s terms and approval process.

If Affirm is not displayed at checkout or you are not approved, please select another supported payment method.

Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method will be submitted for authorization for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. Your order will be confirmed after the payment has been successfully authorized.

A pending authorization may temporarily appear on your bank statement even if the payment is later declined or the order is canceled. The release time is determined by your bank or card issuer.

Currency

All prices and payments on robooter.us are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy. After Robooter processes the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
