Download the Robooter App

Scan the QR code to download and install the mobile app (Android / iOS).

Android

  1. Scan the QR code and tap Install.
  2. When installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app.
  3. Compatible with most Android phones, including Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola, and more.

iOS

  1. Scan the QR code and tap Install.
  2. Wait for the app to finish installing, then tap Open.
  3. Compatible with Apple iPhone (iOS).

Connect & Pair (Bluetooth)

  1. Open the app and tap Connect Device, then tap to Search for your wheelchair.
  2. Enable Location and Bluetooth on your phone, and allow permissions when prompted.
  3. When the device appears, tap to Pair.
  4. After pairing, you’ll see the Connected / Status screen.

Important (Lock Mode)

After the wheelchair powers on, it enters Lock Mode by default. Please unlock on the wheelchair first, then use the app.

What you can do in the app

  • Power / Disconnect: Turn off the device or disconnect Bluetooth.
  • Speed: Adjust speed level (5 gears).
  • Drive Mode: Switch between General Mode and Enhanced Mode from the Status screen.
  • Remote Control: Use the on-screen control to move forward/back/left/right.
  • Settings: Tap the top-right corner to open Settings.
  • Voice Settings: Toggle voice prompts/alarm and choose volume (High / Middle / Low).
  • Cruise Control: Enable/disable Cruise Control in General Settings.
  • Battery Info: View battery percentage and status.
  • Firmware Update: Check current version and upgrade device firmware.

Safety Note

For safety, do not use the mobile app as the primary driving method. Stay attentive to surroundings. The mobile app is intended for assistance and parameter settings.
