Shipping Policy

Addresses to Which We Ship. We ship to addresses in the 48 continental U.S. States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Costs. We offer free shipping on all Robooter wheelchairs and accessories to eligible addresses within the the 48 continental U.S. states.

Order Processing Times. Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 2 business days after your payment is successfully confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time. Once shipped, orders are delivered within approximately 3–8 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside Robooter’s control.

Shipping Carriers. We primarily ship via FedEx using ground service for orders that contain lithium-ion batteries. In some cases, Robooter uses other major parcel carriers at our discretion to ensure timely delivery. Whenever possible, we ship your order in a single shipment; however, large or mixed orders (for example, a wheelchair plus multiple accessories) can arrive in multiple packages.

Address Changes. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we are generally unable to change the shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we treat it as a return under our Return Policy.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier as soon as possible, as the carrier is responsible for delivery and transit-related issues. Robooter Customer Support can assist by providing order details, documentation, and any available evidence to support your claim.

Missing Items. If you have not received something you ordered from Robooter within 30 days from the delivery date, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. If you do not reach out to us within 30 days of placing the order, we will assume that you have received all of your items and will not keep a record of the shipping information. To ensure that we can assist you effectively, please provide us with your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.

Refused Deliveries / Return to Sender. If you refuse delivery of an order you requested, or if the carrier returns the shipment to us as “Return to Sender,” we may treat it as a return under our Return Policy. We reserve the right to deduct a $200 per power wheelchair (or up to the actual round-trip shipping cost, if higher) from your refund to partially cover shipping and restocking expenses.
